My Journey
Movement has always been integral to my life—from dance to sports. However, after moving to New York City in my 20s, I found myself caught in cycles of restrictive diets and intense workouts, striving for an elusive ‘perfect’ look. This approach led to health challenges, including irregular periods and a hypothyroid diagnosis in 2020. The pandemic became a pivotal moment, prompting me to reassess and transform my approach to health and wellness.
