Services Offered
Christianne England, from Christianne.co offers health coaching services intended to support you in your wellness journey. These services include personal 1:1 coaching sessions, text and email communication, videos, handouts, and activity materials between sessions, meal planning assistance, your own tracking and community back-to-basics app, direct and constructive feedback. Please note that Christianne England is a certified Primal Health Coach. She does not diagnose, prevent, cure, or treat medical conditions, provide therapy, or offer individualized nutrition plans. By entering this agreement, you acknowledge and understand Christianne England’s practice. Coaching results are not guaranteed; you are responsible for your outcomes. Christianne England’s role is to inspire and support your efforts. Please check with your medical professionals before starting this journey.
If you feel the need for professional counseling or medical advice, it is your responsibility to seek the services of a licensed professional.
Commitment
Christianne England is dedicated to providing you with top-tier support to achieve your health goals. By agreeing to this contract, both parties affirm their commitment to the coaching process. Please review the Client Agreement carefully and reach out with any questions. Your signature indicates acceptance of these terms.
Confidentiality Agreement
Considering the health coaching services provided, the Health Coach at Christianne.co agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information disclosed by the Client, including but not limited to health and medical information, personal goals, lifestyle habits, and dietary information (“Confidential Information”). Christianne England shall not disclose Confidential Information to any third party except as required by law or necessary to perform services for the Client. The Health Coach shall take reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of Confidential Information and shall return or destroy all Confidential Information upon termination of this agreement. The Client may seek equitable relief for any unauthorized disclosure or use of Confidential Information. However, Christianne England may share the Client’s story and pictures with their explicit permission. This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of this agreement and continue indefinitely after that.

Unless otherwise stated, Christianne.co and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Christianne.co. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Christianne.co for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
